The DressurFit® 12-week programme includes motivating workouts, corrective homework exercises and regular personal performance tests. DressurFit® helps you to identify your own individual strengths, weaknesses and imbalances and allows you to track your development over three advancing levels.

All our workouts and exercises have been developed especially for you, the rider. Our concept considers the long-term benefit to permanently improve both your physical and mental fitness, so that positive results will be felt in the saddle within just a short period of time.
Taking our personalised fitness test allows us to customise each of the exercises specific to your exact needs and requirements. Your training homework considers your strengths and weaknesses, therefore optimising your training. Our focus is entirely on you, and your personal results and progress.
