It allows us to optimally prepare the horses for the working phase and to achieve top results and honest training success.\u00a0At the Olympica Games in Tokyo 2021 for example, Jessica von Bredow-Werndl and Dalera took exactly 18 minutes in the warm-up arena to prepare for Gold.<\/p>\n
For us, the warm-up is more than simply warming up the horse\u2019s muscles. It\u2019s about creating the right conditions: a supple back, a good contact, a fine response to subtle aids, balance and straightness, focus and concentration.\u00a0The exact structure of the warm-up depends on the horse\u2019s level of training as well as his mindset on a given day.
