Find your center and realign yourself! Sitting overstreched with a hollow back or slouched shoulders and a rounded back leads to instability in the saddle. For a centered, stable and balanced seat, correct upper body alignment is key. Correct alignment gives you stability, suppleness and makes you an easier load to carry for your horse. In this LIVE yoga session with Micaela and our team, you will practice and improve body awareness and posture - for a better dressage seat and connection to your horse.

On a straight line, everything is fine, but as soon as you go into a shoulder-in, leg yield or a half-pass, you loose suppleness? Your hips get tense and it no longer feels relaxed and like you’re moving with the horse? In the next DressurFit® LIVE Workout, we will do exercises together that will help you stay supple and move with the horse in lateral dressage movements. This allows you to optimally support your horse in the lateral work and encourage him to move sideways with impulsion and suppleness.

Balance starts in your core! A strong core, mindful breathing and good mobility, promotes good balance. And not just on the yoga mat! It helps you achieve more balance in the saddle and your daily life. In the saddle, good balance is essential for an independent and stable seat .
