Your pelvic floor plays a key role in every half-halt! It’s crucial for your stability in the saddle and one of the main players for correctly aligning the spine and pelvis. That’s why pelvic floor training is not only important for women or new mothers, but can be a real game-changer for all athletes and riders in particular! In the next DressurFit® LIVE workout, we will train together with Pelvic Floor Expert Luisa Dartmann for a more centered and supple dressage seat.

Twice a year we open our doors and show you how we live and train with our horses here in Aubenhausen. After a tour of the stables, we will introduce you to our training philosophy showing various horses in different training and age classes. You will gain an insight into our daily work, our stable management and everything that goes with it. You will have the opportunity to ask us your questions and get to know us and our team personally.
