The following terms and conditions apply:
Dispatch conditions
Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: all EU countries, Switzerland, Liechtenstein.

Dispatch costs incl. legally applicable VAT
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge shipping costs on the basis of the order value (gross product value):
up to an order value of EUR 40,00 shipping costs of EUR 5,50 will be applied. Articles exceeding this value will be shipped with EUR 7,50 shipping costs.
Deliveries to foreign countries:
We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the order value (gross product value):
Up to an order value of EUR 40,00 we will charge EUR 14,00 shipping costs. Orders exceeding this value will be shipped with EUR 14,00 as well (Switzerland and Liechtenstein EUR 20,00)
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 – 10 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 – 14 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Further details on payment
If payment is to be made via an SEPA direct debit note, you authorise us to collect the billing amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit collection. Please ensure that the account in question possesses sufficient covering funds on the due date.
If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
