The DressurFit® membership begins with our 12-week programme. It includes motivating workouts, personalised corrective exercises and regular performance tests, specifically developed for horse riders. DressurFit® helps you identify your own individual strengths, weaknesses and imbalances and allows you to track your progress over three advancing levels.
The 12-week programme is made accessible to you for a full 6 months and for a one-time payment of 180€. After that your membership will automatically continue for only 12 € per month. As a member, you’ll keep unlimited access to all the exercises and training content you have completed so far, while at the same time receiving new additional workouts, new advanced performance tests and exclusive training input from Jessica, Benjamin and Marcel.
In no way do you need to be a seasoned athlete to participate. And on the other hand, those who do already have a good level of fitness won’t get bored with our programme. It has been carefully put together for riders of all abilities.
The 12-week programme is made up of Levels 1, 2 and 3 – each of which has been designed to work further upon the fitness developments gained in the previous level. The exercises in the workouts have been designed to allow you to perform them at a level that is good for you and at a level that matches your current abilities.
You should be at least 18 years of age. When taking part in the DressurFit® programme, you do so at your own risk. A good general level of health is a pre-requisite before taking part. If you are unsure whether you should participate in the programme or not, then please first consult with your doctor or seek further medical advice.
You can pay your membership and for any of the products in our shop by using PayPal, a credit card or via SEPA bank transfer (only available in the EU).
You will have access to the complete DressurFit® 12-week programme for a full 6-month period, and for a one-time payment of 180€. After that, your membership will automatically continue for only 12€ a month.
You can easily cancel your membership online, by clicking on ‘membership’ and then ‘details’ in your profile. If you choose to cancel via email, then please write to us at least six days before the next payment is due.
If you need to have the gift voucher a lot quicker, then write to us at [email protected] and we will send you the voucher code via email within 48 hours of us receiving your payment.
Yes! The DressurFit® test shows you your individual strengths and weaknesses, as well as any left or right muscular and body imbalances that you may have.
You can take the initial performance test free of charge. We’ll even immediately show you the results of your test. Upon subscription to the DressurFit® programme, you will then receive further regular fitness tests and evaluations, as well as personalised corrective exercises that work specifically for you and that have been tailored to the results of your performance tests – we call these homework exercises. The performance tests also allow you to track your progress throughout the programme and to optimise your training.
To maximise the efficiency of your training and for you to get the most out of the 12-week programme, we have put together a selection of our favourite training equipment. The equipment is not included in the membership price. If you already have a foam roller and elastic training bands, then great! You can use these for the exercises. Otherwise, all our DressurFit® branded equipment can be purchased in our online Shop.
Of course! We want you to stay fit and to continue to work on being a better rider!
At the end of the 12 weeks, we give you a further 3 months access to the entire DressurFit® Online Gym. This lets you highlight your favourite videos and put together your very own personalised training plan – one that works best for you and your daily routine. We regularly top up the Online Gym with new workouts, yoga videos and other exercises.
After your 6 months access, you can continue to train with us for only 12€ a month. As a member, not only do you retain unlimited access to all the training content completed so far, but you also get exclusive access to new advanced performance tests and new personalised homework exercises.

Once you have registered with us, you will receive an email to confirm your registration with DressurFit®.
Please click on the link within the email to confirm your email address. Once done, you will be re-directed to the login page, where you can then log in with the details that you entered upon registration.
Note! Unfortunately, some of our emails may land in your spam folder. If you cannot find an email from us in your normal day-to-day inbox, then please check your spam folder. To avoid missing out on any of our email content save [email protected] to your email address book.

No problem. On the Login page, simply click on the ‘Forgotten Password’ and follow the instructions. You will receive a new email where you can re-set your password.
No. You need a connection to the internet. The viewing quality of the videos is automatically adjusted to the speed and quality of your internet connection. Fast internet will give you HD quality. When watching the DressurFit® content on a mobile device, of if internet connectivity is somewhat slower, then the videos will be automatically played in a lower resolution so that you do not experience annoying loading times or buffering.
Of course! All our content is produced in high-resolution HD quality. The viewing quality of the videos is dependent upon the speed and quality of your internet connection. Good connectivity will give you HD quality. When watching the DressurFit® content on a mobile device, or if internet connectivity is somewhat slower, the videos will be automatically played in a lower resolution so that you do not experience annoying loading times or buffering.
