In this postnatal workout, we work on improving your balance and dynamic mobility. Weight gain, soft connective tissue and impaired musculature cause your balance to deteriorate during pregnancy. And a good balance is of course not only important in the saddle.

As you progress through the workouts, we want you to train your pelvic floor automatically through the movement sequences of the exercises. Consciously breathing in and out helps to remind you to keep your circus tent up.
