Balance and fine coordination in the saddle are important for an independent seat and to be able to influence the horse finely and precisely. The prerequisite for good balance and coordination is sufficient stability, namely dynamic stability, independent of arm-leg movements.

This workout strengthens your core in all directions (diagonally, laterally, front and back) and improves your stability in movement.

Once you have completed the three workouts of the third level for four weeks and you have no problems with the exercises, simply switch to the DressurFit® programme in the dashboard to continue building up your rider fitness in a targeted and healthy way.
