Neuro-Training-Set

Body and mind work as a single entity. When riding, your brain processes external and internal information to create physical output. In order to improve your sports and riding performance, the DressurFit® programme combines functional training with specific neuro-athletic exercises. This combination helps you improve both your physical rider fitness as well as your neurological control over your body. Use this set for the “Neuro-Drill” exercises included in our DressurFit® programme.
